30 minute initial meeting to conduct walk-though, determine client needs, design preferences, estimate project hours, number of people needed, and coordinate a start date.
1-hour consultation meeting with Lara to discuss Client DIY options and recommendations including resetting existing furniture and decor, how to bring balance to home, color schemes and shopping suggestions.
2hr minimum.
Lara will shop with the Client to assist in choosing coordinating furniture, decor, organizing/storage materials and more. Client will pay for chosen items directly from the shop and necessary large item delivery fees. (Additional fees may be added for shopping locations outside of local radius.)

If possible, Client will pay for chosen items directly from the shop including necessary large item delivery fees. If Palm Life Homes must pay for these items, Florida requires that we charge the Client Sales & Use Tax on items PLUS service time which is an added expense for the Client we prefer to avoid. (Additional fees may be added for shopping locations outside of local radius.)
DIY meeting fee is due in full at time of appointment booking. Decorating and Organizing services require $80 deposit paid within 5 calendar days prior to scheduled service appointment with final payments due at end of each service day. Deposits are non-refundable.
